Assante Vancouver Centre has gradually welcomed our staff back into the office. Some continue to work from home, on either a part-time or full-time basis. During this time, we've carefully implemented COVID safety measures required by WorkSafe BC.
Office Hours and Client Meetings
We are now welcoming clients back into our office for scheduled in-person meetings, in a limited capacity and at advisors' discretion. As a health and safety measure, our office doors remain closed to unscheduled visitors. We continue to receive mail and deliveries to our business, as normal.

Managing Your Accounts
Assante continues to process all transactions in a timely manner and we have adopted several electronic services to facilitate operations at this time, including the use of e-signatures and electronic funds transfers.
If you have any questions about your account, please contact your Assante advisor directly, or call our main reception number at 604-687-7526 for assistance. You can also access your account online at Assante InvestorOnline , and help flatten the curve by choosing secure electronic delivery of your statements.
